Separate business accounts
Your business sees only your business.
Why it matters
Your numbers, calls and messages are not visible to other IVRC businesses.
What it does
Each business account is separate. An employee can reach only their own mailbox and line, and the console shows only the pages a user's role allows.
Automated tests check that one business cannot reach another's data and that an employee cannot reach a colleague's mailbox.
How it works
- Every request is tied to a signed-in user.
- The system limits it to that user's business and role.
- Anything outside is refused.
Example
An employee tries to open a colleague's voicemail by changing an address; the request is refused.
Setting it up (administrators)
- Nothing to set up; this is how the platform works.
- Use roles and Extension access to narrow access further.
What employees experience
- Employees see only their own voicemail, greetings and forwarding.
Works with
- IVRC business console (any web browser), used by owners and administrators
- Personal extension page (any web browser), used by each employee
Plan availability
This is part of the IVRC business account itself rather than an option of a particular plan, so it is not listed plan by plan.
Add-ons
There are no add-ons for this feature.
Good to know
- This is a description of how access is limited, not a certification.
