You pick your business number below, before you pay, and its price is included in your total. Local numbers have a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee; special numbers (such as toll-free) cost more. Every price is shown before you buy.

Number terms

Setup fees: non-refundable once your number is ordered.
Monthly number fees: billed in advance with your plan; not prorated if you cancel mid-month.
Special numbers (toll-free and others): have their own setup and monthly price, shown before you choose. Calls to toll-free numbers may also have per-minute charges, listed on the pricing page.
Unpaid accounts: service pauses after a 7-day grace period. A number unpaid for 30 days may be released and cannot be recovered.
Moving your number to another phone company: your account must be paid up; a fee to move it may apply (shown before you ask).
Price changes: prices may change with 30 days' notice by e-mail.
Fair use: spam, robocalling or fraud ends service without refund.

Emergency (911) calling is severely restricted and may not work during power, internet or service outages, or if your address isn't registered. Always keep another way to call 911, such as a mobile phone.
