Business numbers in other countries
A local number where your customers are.
Why it matters
Customers in other countries call you at local rates and trust a number that looks local.
What it does
Search for business numbers in the countries IVRC currently offers. The number of countries is read live from the number list, so this page never overstates it.
A few countries need a local address before a number can be issued; the console asks for it when it applies.
How it works
- Choose the country and search.
- Compare the numbers and their prices, which are shown before you choose.
- Confirm the number; it is added to your account.
Example
A consultancy with clients in two countries adds a local number in each so both groups of customers dial a local number.
Setting it up (administrators)
- Open Numbers and choose a country.
- Complete any local-address details the console asks for.
- Set the number's destination and hours.
What employees experience
- Employees answer calls to every number on the same extension.
Works with
- IVRC business console (any web browser), used by owners and administrators
